New Stationery Love

It’s no secret that I love to hoard stationery things, from letter sets to notecards to post-its to notepads to notebooks, you name it, I have it! Well, almost I guess haha!

I often find myself broke because of buying them but most of the time, I’m happy because I got a great deal on them rather than buying them in the mall, that’s way more expensive than at the place I get them.

These are just some that I got the past few weeks. I actually have more but haven’t taken pictures yet so that’ll be for next time.

This very cute Paris script washi tape is juts a must have! And I love it that it came in 4 rolls of the same design because I love buying 2 or 3 of the same item so I could have them in stock! :))

Okay, I drooled when I saw this set of cute guard bookmarks! The set is being advertised as from London but I think each of these guards are from a different country, I guess? I can really just point out the London guard haha! I have to do some research! This was being sold as a set so I couldn’t just pick the ones I like but I’m glad I got it all though, more for my penpals!

Aren’t these bookmarks the coolest? I didn’t buy them the first time I saw it but when I went back and it was still in stock waiting for me to give them a new home, how could I say no? haha! These are just perfect for book lovers like moi!

Ever since I learned there are cool passport holders being designed, I was obsessed with them. I often see the ones I like online from international sites and they’re too expensive for me so I never bought one. My first cute one was from my Korean friend, In-hye. Korea has so much cute stationery stuff including passport holders. I might just go to Korea someday for stationery shopping haha! Anyway, I saw this from the shop I buy stationery stuff and I just knew I had to have them! My only regret is that I didn’t buy 2 or 3 of the same design to give as gifts to my friends because when I came back it was out of stock! Gosh! It was a miracle that I saw a blue version of the London design and quickly grabbed it because it was the one I was giving to my friend, Princess, who is my London twin haha! I could’t not get her the same London stuff I did! haha!

To more stationery in the future! haha!

Feelin’ London

If we’re close, you’d probably know by now how obsessed I am with London-designed things, especially in stationery. One of my dreams is to be able to tour London, and maybe someday, I will get to. I need to, haha!

Anyway, so some of my friends got me some London stuff which I just drooled for. Most of them are again, Birthday/Christmas gifts but I felt like London needed its own post haha!

1. My friend, Krista got me this cool London set (which really isn’t sold as a set, I assume haha): ID Holder, Tissue Roll, and a London Guard bookmark. I don’t know how am I going to use that tissue rollm I haven’t even took it out from its packaging yet haha!

2. I am in love with this tea packaging straight from London! My friend, Iris gave it to me when as a trip gift when she toured Europe. There was a Big Ben box too but one of my friends got to it first, huhuhu! Still I love this anyway too!

3. This stationery stamp set which is somehow a London/Paris design that my twin, Mamie gave me. I love stamp sets! My twin knows me too well!

4. This cool I ❤ London pen I got from my caregroup leader, Justine. I just love the London bus charm attached to it.

London, London, London, let’s meet someday, ok? 🙂

London London!

Stationery post has finally come again! Yay! I’m posting continuous today because I don’t really get time to update my blog daily or weekly or even monthly! So sad! But I do hope I could at least update twice to thrice a month!

I got this notebook and H&M ring as Christmas gifts from my friend. She went to the US for Christmas vacation and bought these there! I love the details written on the notebook cover. LET IT OUT!

I’m just so in love with London themed stationery and stuff that it’s my weakness! Whenever I see them, most of the time, I could not resist not buying them! And when I saw these post-its and bookmarks, there was no second guessing! I might even have to buy another set of the post-its so I could have the heart to use them on mail art! haha!

I had some free time last week and made some custmized London postcard! I sooo love them and had them printed for about 10 pieces haha!Image

Someday, I’ll get to London and some day it will be 🙂

New Stationery Love!

For these past 2 months, I’ve found such pretty stationery that I could not help but just buy them right away! And if only I had more money to spare, I would have bought a whole box worth! haha! Anyway, the one that I’m most glad about is the London postcard set that I found above! It’s so cool! The set includes vintage photos from places in London, the red double-decker bus, the red phonebooth and a lot more! They even come with matching envelopes although I like to send em’ naked but I won’t resist pretty envies of course! They’ll be perfect for penpal writing! Plus, can you believe I bought 3 sets? 2 designs in the ferris wheel design and one in the red double decker design! I have got so much in store for my penpals! So exciting! haha!

Moving on, I also got these amazing country themed post-its! I know they’re gonna be great for mail art!

And this awesome golden ribbon designed brown leather chord holder! It just screams vintage for me so I instantly bought it, although I don’t think this fits a stationery post but I really just want to include it haha! Ain’t it cute? 🙂

This vintage themed stationery set is just too cool that I bought two sets because I know I won’t be able to use it immediately if I had just bought one and they are just too beautiful not to write with for my penpals!

And this Little Prince themed journal planner is just to die for! It has various page designs inside! I even bought 2 cover designs of the journal! I was thinking of having the other as one of my friend’s gift this Christmas!

And of course more London themed stationery! haha! 3 notebooks and a card set! I hope you kind of know how obsess I am by now to explain even further why I bought these babies haha!

Lastly but not the least, this Paris airmail stamp is just awesome! Lately I have been into stamps lately but there’s really not much good stuff around here so I really hope to find some more.

Anyway, that ends my stationery lovin’ for now! I can’t wait to get some more! haha!

Hefty Pooh Package from Japan!

My college classmate, April who moved to Japan right after our graduation sent me a hefty package last month which I had to trouble myself to pick up at our central Post office on a very hot afternoon. I was sweating all over when I got there but you know, it was worth it! Just the sight of the package when it was handed to me over the counter, my eyes literally lit up and the tiresome trip I have just been through disappeared all at once!

I couldn’t wait to get home and open the package! I was even tempted to open it while I was on the road but of course I needed to contain myself because I would probably act like a little school girl who got lots of candy and die of happiness and I wouldn’t want to make a scene on the street haha!

And (drum roll please)… This is what was waiting for me inside the package!

TONS, I mean TONS of Winnie the Pooh stationery and other cute stuff! I really envy Japan, Korea and Taiwan for having so many great stationery stuff where you can find everywhere anywhere in their country! When I get to visit Japan and Korea, I’m sure half of my travel money will just go to stationery alone. I think that was what happened when I went to Taiwan last year haha!

April knows how much I love Winnie the Pooh! I mean isn’t he the cutest thing ever? I just can’t contain myself and flutter whenever I see a cute Pooh in the mall or even just in the street!

THANK YOU SO MUCH, APRIL FOR THIS! I LOVE YOU FOREVER :))

Early Birthday Present

Have I mentioned that I’m crazy for England/London themed stationery and probably every cute stuff from that country? England is on top of my dream countries to visit and the place I really wanna go in the UK is London! I have really got to make that dream come true someday. Anyway, my sister who is studying in Taiwan knows how much I love vintage London themed stationery and last month she sent me a package full of them!

It’s actually my early birthday present! (My birthday is in December, in case you wanna know! haha!) I literally screamed of happiness after I opened the package! I really love my sister, Beatrice for this. She’s actually the one who kind of knows me a little bit better than anyone in my family and I love that at times we get to share conversations that are hard to talk about.

Anyway, I literally cannot bear to use any of these stationery yet but I will find the will to haha! That’s just my problem, I can’t use the beautiful stationery that I’ve got but I know I’ll regret it when it spoils away in my box full of stationery stuff so I’m gonna use ’em! 🙂

P.S. Aint these pop-up London theme stickers the best! 🙂

Papemelroti

These days, it’s hard to find a good stationery store in town to cater to all of my stationery cravings, especially for local stuff. I’m just really glad that there’s this one store that is always so convenient for me to get good local stuff of (and they use recycled paper!).

Whenever I write to my penpals in other countries, I always want to show them a part of where I came from not just from postcards and pictures, but through stationery, the most common thing we love with penpals. It’s always so good to be able to write in stationery that is made from your own country, and I always get them at our local Papemelroti store.

Whenever I see a Papemelroti store in a mall, I just can’t help but go in and never leaving without purchasing some goods.

AND NOW THEY’RE HAVING A CONTEST! They’re giving away a business pack, which I’m eager to win because of my own stationery cravings and it can also help with me and my friends local online stationery store, Entwined Stationery. All you have to do is just some easy steps and you’re in!

And you know what’s even cooler? THE CONTEST IS OPEN WORLDWIDE! So you can join from wherever you’re from, though you just have to shoulder the shipping costs if you win but hey, you’ll be gaining a lot!

So guys, charge to www.papemelroti.com/contests.htm and GET READY TO WIN!

See ya there! 🙂
